Refund policy

If your size doesn't match the sandal or shoe you bought. You can easily get it exchanged.

Provided that you initiate the exchange within 14-days after receiving the order.

Here's how you can get your product exchanged:

  • Visit a nearby courier service center like TCS, Leopard, or any other courier company at your nearest convenience.

 

  • Ask them to ship the product to the following address:

15-C, (Seeds) 5th Commercial Lane, Zamzama Phase 5, DHA, Karachi. (Second Floor) Contact No: 0301 9231113

(Note: You will have to bear the cost of shipment to and fro)

 

  • We will receive the package and check that the product is in the same condition as it was at the time of shipment.

 

  • After verifying the condition of the product we will update you via WhatsApp.

 

  • If the product is in the same condition as it was at the time of shipment then we shall process your exchange and ship the required size.

 

  • However, if the product is found to be damaged then the exchange won't be possible. Hence, the same product will be shipped back to you.
